    I loved the stylish and modern decor of the W Hong Kong, especially the spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered fine views of the harbor. The accessibility was excellent.

    Equipment and facilies are trememdous

    We booked for two standard room with 4 peoples But hotel have upgraded us to suit room, of coure room Is big and look great but only one king size bed So how could we live. When we had complaint, front Staff offer us only one extra bed and pay for other. This should not happened as booked for 4 guest and 2 rooms

    The staff was attentive, with Alex and Rene going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The amazing views of the city from our room combined with the hotel's modern elegance. Plus, the breakfast spread was nothing short of amazing!

    good atmosphere, excellent setting, very cool. Like other W Hotels

    something really surprised me in negative: such an expensive and contemporary hotel does not give guests free internet, not enven in the room. perhaps, is also very expensive and it goes by clock hours, not based on actuale usage time. this was very bad news for me, really. W aims at customers that are basically heavy internet users...... so........ why ?????

    The W Hong Kong offers an amazing experience. The location is superb, right above the MTR and connected to the Elements shopping mall. Perfect for those traveling to the airport since I hopped on the Airport Express. I stayed in the Wonderful King Room with City View. The view from the room was fine and the bathroom spacious, which I really appreciated. They were warm and cute. I felt taken care of. I even received a thoughtful gift from housekeeping, a screen cleaner for my laptop, which showed their attention to detail. The only downside I encountered was the breakfast I had on the first day. It felt mediocre for the price. Finding my SIM card took longer than I expected when it had issues. The service was great, but the food quality could improve, and the SIM card fix process could be quicker.

    Location is great, convenient, just above the Elements mall. easy to find food. they have shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui area. In town check in is just below the hotel.
